While Christ and His Preached Word is the heart of any true church, the Household Ministry of Coquina Presbyterian Church is what facilitates and manifests the Preached Word through the Saints here at Coquina. Households (Families) are at the heart of our church because, just as the Church of God in Christ is consistantly refered to as the “Household of God,” the family unit is a pattern of that familial love, commitment, support, edification, discipline, and encouragement that exists in God's Household! God has made the family the centerpiece of human culture, as demonstrated through Adam and Eve an Noah! The Scriptures are full of examples that demonstrate as families go, so does the culture! (Acts 3:25; Galatians 6:10; Ephesians 2:19, 3:13-21; 1Timothy 3:4-5, 12, 15; & 1Peter 4:17)
